個人開発者が提供する macOS アプリの標準的な利用規約です。

本規約は、Hiroyasu Seki（以下「開発者」）が提供する macOS アプリ「PetalMenu」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリの無料版（Free）は、コアとなるメニュー機能を台数の制限なくご利用いただけます。Pro版を購入すると、追加機能を含む全機能について、購入者本人が所有する Mac 端末に対して本アプリを使用する非独占的なライセンスが付与されます。ライセンスキーは購入者本人のための個人利用を前提としており、第三者への譲渡・転売・共有はできません。
以下の行為を禁止します。
本アプリはユーザーが自ら登録した複数ステップの操作（マクロ）をローカルで実行する機能を持ちます。この機能を通じて実行される内容は、すべてユーザー自身の責任において登録・実行されるものであり、開発者はその実行結果について責任を負いません。
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、中断なく動作すること、誤りがないことについて、明示または黙示を問わず一切保証しません。
法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的損害についても責任を負いません。開発者の責任は、購入者が実際に支払った金額を上限とします。
Pro版の購入は、決済代行会社（Merchant of Record）である Paddle を通じて行われます。決済に関する事項は Paddle の利用規約が適用されます。返金については別途返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
本規約は、機能追加や運用状況の変化に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はこのページ上でお知らせします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関連して生じた紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
ENGLISH VERSION
These Terms of Service govern your use of the macOS app "PetalMenu" (the "App"), provided by Hiroyasu Seki, an individual developer operating as Compound Works ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Free tier lets you use the App's core menu functionality without a device limit. Purchasing Pro grants you a non-exclusive license to use all features, including additional capabilities, on Mac devices you own, for your personal use. License keys may not be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties.

The App can run multi-step actions (macros) you register yourself, locally. Anything executed through this feature is registered and run entirely at your own responsibility, and we are not liable for its outcome.
The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.
Pro purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Payment-related matters are governed by Paddle's terms. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
These Terms may be revised as features or operations change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.
