NejimakiTimer は、macOS のメニューバーに常駐するタイマー・ポモドーロアプリです。本ポリシーは、NejimakiTimer が扱うデータの種類と取り扱い方法を説明します。
NejimakiTimer にはクラウド同期がありません。すべてのデータはあなたの Mac の中だけに保存されます。
作成したタイマー・プリセット・連続タスク（チェーン）の設定、および完了回数などの利用統計は、端末内にのみ保存されます。外部へ送信されることはありません。
サウンド・表示スタイル・ホットキー割り当てなどの設定は、端末内にのみ保存されます。
NejimakiTimer には、アクセス解析（Analytics）・クラッシュレポート・広告SDKの類は一切組み込まれていません（コード上に検出されません）。
Pro機能の購入は、App Store（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。決済情報は Apple が処理し、開発者やNejimakiTimer自身が保持することはありません。
コード内には、将来 Web 上で直接販売する場合に備えた仕組み（Paddleライセンス）のひな型も含まれていますが、現時点では機能しておらず、外部と通信することはありません（保存済みのローカルなキーがあっても Pro を有効化しない設計。実際に使えるようになるのは、将来 Web 直販ルートを追加した場合のみです）。

NejimakiTimer を Mac から削除すると、保存されたすべてのデータは端末とともに消去されます。

NejimakiTimer is a macOS menu bar timer and Pomodoro app. This policy explains what data NejimakiTimer handles and how.
NejimakiTimer has no cloud sync. All data is stored only on your Mac.
Your timers, presets, chained-task configurations, and usage statistics (e.g. completion counts) are stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted externally.
Settings such as sound, display style, and hotkey assignments are stored only on your device.
NejimakiTimer does not include any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs (none are present in the code).
Pro feature purchases are handled through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment information is processed by Apple and is never held by us or by NejimakiTimer itself.
The code also contains a scaffold for a possible future direct-sale license system (Paddle), but it is currently non-functional and does not communicate with any server (a locally stored key alone does not unlock Pro). This would only become active if a direct web-sale channel is added in the future.

Uninstalling NejimakiTimer removes all stored data along with the app.
This policy may be revised as features or implementation change, in particular once a direct web-sale purchase flow is enabled. Material changes will be announced on this page.
