Q. 通知が来ても気づかないことがあります。

A. KnockReminder は、通知をタップすると全画面表示に切り替わる設計で、通常のリマインダーより見逃しにくくなっています。通知自体が届かない場合は、端末の設定でKnockReminderへの通知許可がオンになっているかご確認ください。

Q. リマインダーの内容はどこに保存されますか？

A. 内容・日時・繰り返し設定・プリセットは、すべて端末内にのみ保存されます。外部へ送信されることはありません。

Q. I sometimes miss my reminders even when they fire.

A. KnockReminder switches to a full-screen alert when you tap the notification, making it harder to miss than a standard reminder. If notifications aren't arriving at all, please check that notifications are enabled for KnockReminder in your device settings.

Q. Where is my reminder data stored?

A. Reminder content, date/time, repeat settings, and presets are all stored only on your device. Nothing is sent externally.
