A. Unlike permanent snippet managers (like TextExpander), CueSlot is designed for one-off, "today only" situations — snippets are meant to be used once and then be gone. Removing them from the queue after use keeps the app from accumulating clutter once the situation has passed.
A. No. All processing happens entirely on your Mac; nothing is sent to an external server.
