CueSlot は購入前に14日間のお試し期間（実際に使った日数のみカウント）があり、実際の展開エンジン・カンペ・チュートリアルをすべて実機能のまま試せます。購入は、この期間で「自分の作業に合う」と確認してからで構いません。
購入後に思っていたものと違った場合も、購入から14日以内にご連絡いただければ理由を問わず全額返金いたします。詰問するようなことはしません。
hiroysuseki@gmail.com まで、購入時のメールアドレスと合わせてご連絡ください。確認でき次第、速やかに返金処理を行います。
CueSlot の決済は Paddle.com Market Limited（以下「Paddle」）が Merchant of Record（販売者）として処理しています。請求書・領収書には CueSlot ではなく Paddle の名義が記載されます。Paddle は独自の買い手保護ポリシーを提供しており、Paddle 経由でも返金を申請できます。詳細は Paddle Buyer Terms をご確認ください。
返金が完了すると、発行済みのライセンスキーは無効化され、CueSlot は使用できなくなります。
本ポリシーは、運用状況に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はこのページ上でお知らせします。

CueSlot offers a 14-day trial before purchase (counting only days you actually use the app), with the full expansion engine, cues, and tutorial all fully functional. Feel free to purchase only once you've confirmed it fits your workflow.
If you're not happy with CueSlot after purchasing, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Email hiroysuseki@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll process the refund promptly once confirmed.
Payments for CueSlot are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Your invoice and receipt will show Paddle, not CueSlot, as the seller. Paddle also provides its own buyer protection, and you may request a refund through Paddle directly. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for details.
Once a refund is processed, the associated license key is deactivated and CueSlot will no longer be usable.
This policy may be revised as our operations change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
